**Set Movement Reminders**:  Remember to take breaks and move around during your workday. It’s easy to get caught up in tasks and forget to stretch or walk around every so often. To avoid this, try setting regular reminders on your phone or a productivity app to remind you to get up and move every hour or so. Your body will appreciate the extra care!

Incorporate Desk Exercises“: Who says you need a gym membership to get a workout? There are plenty of exercises you can do right at your desk. Try some seated leg lifts, desk push-ups, or shoulder rolls to get your blood pumping and break up the monotony of sitting. 

**Stretch it Out**: It’s always a good idea to stretch your muscles throughout the day, especially if you’ve been sitting for a while. Focus on areas that tend to get tense, such as your neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Simple stretches like neck rolls, shoulder stretches, and seated spinal twists can be very effective in relieving tension.
